As part of Recycle BC’s program, we are dedicated to ensuring an effective collection experience and supporting efforts to recycle responsibly.

cardboard must be flattened and no larger than 30″ by 30″ in order to recieve collection
YELLOW BAG
Mixed Paper Recycling
Flattened cardboard no larger than 30 inches by 30 inches, newspaper, office paper, flyers, catalogues, and magazines, go in the yellow bag(s).

Glass Jars & Bottles
Glass bottles and jars go in the grey box or glass cart. Please rinse and clean all glass bottles, and jars before putting them in the recycling box.
EVERY OTHER WEEK
Flexible plastics such as: saranwrap, sandwhich baggies, overwrap and chip bags, are picked up biweekly in the red or pink bin.

Flexible Plastics Recycling
To keep your flexible plastic
(wrappers, plastic bags, etc.)
secure, we recommend using the “bag-in-bag” method. Simply gather your clean flexible plastics inside a larger pouch, plastic bag, or over wrap before putting them in the red/pink box or flexible plastics recycling cart.
